Returns & Warranty
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Returns requested outside of this period may not be accepted.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion and are subject to inspection upon receipt. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.
Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged after delivery, or specially ordered for a customer are not eligible for return unless required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
FOX and Marzocchi warranty claims must be handled directly through the New Zealand distributor responsible for those brands. Blueshark Wanaka does not process warranty claims for FOX or Marzocchi products and cannot authorise warranty replacements or repairs on behalf of the distributor.
For all other warranty enquiries, claims will be assessed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms and applicable New Zealand consumer law.
Please contact us before returning any item to obtain return authorisation and shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.
