Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

Blue Shark Wanaka Limited sells products to New Zealand consumers through Blueshark.co.nz.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and Fair Trading Act 1986 are not limited by this policy. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not match its sample or demonstration, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of any timeframes below.

Statutory returns (faulty or misdescribed products)
Contact us as soon as you discover a problem. We will assess your claim under the CGA and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. You do not need to contact the manufacturer or distributor directly — contact us first and we will manage the process on your behalf.

Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Change-of-mind returns are not a statutory right.

Items not eligible for change-of-mind return
Installed, used, modified, or damaged-after-delivery products, and specially ordered items, are not eligible for change-of-mind return unless required under the CGA.

Manufacturer warranties (including FOX and Marzocchi)
Manufacturer warranties are in addition to your rights under the CGA. If you have a warranty issue with any product purchased from us — including FOX and Marzocchi products — contact us first at admin@blueshark.co.nz or 03 443 8414. We will assess your claim, assist with the manufacturer warranty process, and lodge claims with the relevant distributor where required.

How to return an item
Contact us before returning any item to obtain return authorisation and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
