Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 NZD within New Zealand.

Orders are dispatched using New Zealand Couriers and Aramex only.

Orders are typically dispatched the same business day if placed before the daily courier collection. Orders received after the courier has collected will generally be dispatched on the following business day.

Tracking information becomes available as soon as your invoice is created. You will automatically receive an email containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment from dispatch through to delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier network performance. While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, transit times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

If an item is out of stock or an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update and available options.
